Behind The Seams

Reclaim

We transform preloved jeans into a timeless capsule collection that is thoughtfully designed, sustainably made, and built to last. By upcycling existing garments and focusing on quality over quantity, we reduce waste, honour the stories in each pair of jeans, and offer versatile pieces that simplify your wardrobe while lowering fashion’s footprint. Our signature blue colour - drawn from the reclaimed denim - ties each piece together, celebrating heritage, a slower pace of life, and enduring style.

Clean

Every pair of preloved jeans is professionally cleaned before any cutting or reconstruction. We use a thorough, garment-safe process that removes dirt and odours while preserving denim integrity and colour. This hygiene-first step protects our makers and guarantees the finished pieces arrive fresh and ready to wear straight from the box.

Tailor

Our cutting process is a careful balance of craftsmanship and material optimisation: each preloved jean is evaluated and mapped so we can reuse as many original panels, seams, and hardware as possible. This stage - one of the most complex in our design workflow - requires precise pattern placement and thoughtful adjustments to ensure reproducible silhouettes while maximising the value of the given raw material.

Create

Our sewing stage combines heavy-duty machinery with skilled artisan techniques to shape reclaimed denim without compromising its character. Every garment is stitched using sustainably made thread wherever possible, reflecting our commitment to eco-conscious production across materials and processes. Because each piece is finished start-to-end by a single craftsperson, the method is deliberately artisanal and cannot be fully automated - this increases production time but ensures consistency and care. Production timelines vary by style; we maintain a small ready-to-ship selection and offer some customisation for those looking for a more personalised fit. Wear

Our denim capsule blends repeatable, well‑fitting silhouettes with the unique character of reclaimed materials: each style is designed for consistency across the collection while allowing individual variations from the source material. The current capsule includes a patchwork denim pinafore dress, a backpack, and a scarf, with a skirt and waistcoat planned for release this year. Each piece is developed to be wearable, versatile, and enduring - thoughtfully proportioned so it works across wardrobes while celebrating the subtle differences in wash, wear, and hardware that make every garment distinct. Alongside the capsule we create one‑of‑a‑kind pieces - reworked garments that are too valuable to cut up but still deserve a distinct, handcrafted finish - giving us the flexibility to preserve special denim stories and offer truly singular items to our customers.

Brand

Our logo pairs a blue-and-white palette with graphic roses framing the name of our brand - a visual nod to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince, where tending a single rose becomes an act of love and patience. The emblematic roses reference the slow, attentive care we build into every stage of our process, from selecting preloved denim to the final finish, and the blue ties back to our signature colour drawn from reclaimed jeans. More than a mark, the logo is a reminder of the relationship we hope customers form with their garments: to mend, cherish, and wear them with intention so each piece grows more meaningful over time.
